Terms and Conditions

You are engaging the Law Firm of Curth Legal Group, PLLC, d/b/a “Texas Ticket Monster” (the “Firm” or “we”), in your submitted traffic ticket case(s). We require $99.00 (plus tax) for attorney’s fees for the initial Class C Misdemeanor offense listed on the ticket/citation, in addition to $15.00 (plus tax) for each additional Class C Misdemeanor offense listed on the ticket/citation. These are minimum, non-refundable and earned fees which cover all Court appearances including Judge Trial and Jury Trial settings prior to an actual trial of the case(s).

During the Firm’s review intake process, in which your ticket and case will be reviewed by the Firm, additional non-refundable and earned fees may be required for additional offenses listed on the ticket/citation, or for additional offenses other than Class C Misdemeanor offenses (for example, but not limited to, Class A or B Misdemeanor offenses or one or more Felony offenses). You approve and consent to the Firm charging your credit card or other form of payment on file for such additional non-refundable and earned fees.

If your case(s) are actually tried in front of a judge or a jury, we will require additional non-refundable and earned attorneys’ fees of $99.00 for Class C license holders or $200.00 for CDL holders. If we do not specifically request said fees prior to proceeding with Trial, they shall be considered due and payable within ten days.

Our attorneys’ fees do not include any Court fines, costs or fees whether agreed to in a Pre-Trial deal or assessed as punishment subsequent to a Trial. Court fines, costs or fees as described above may be billed in advance should you choose to accept an off-docket resolution. If your account is not kept current, we reserve the right to immediately withdraw from your case. If a reasonable offer to settle this matter is forwarded to you that is declined by you (at your sole discretion), which the Firm recommended that you otherwise should accept, we reserve the right to immediately withdraw from your case.
